What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order with Elmirado, the delivery time may be a bit different from what you're used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to keep our prices sharp.

What should I do if I haven't received my order yet?
Due to the high demand for our products, it’s possible that your order might arrive later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If the expected delivery window has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please send an email to support@elmirado.nl. We will investigate what happened with your package.

How do I exchange/return my order?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service team at support@elmirado.nl. Please include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and confirm the return. Once confirmed, you can send the product back to us via a courier of your choice.

What are the return costs?
Returns are at your own expense. The costs will depend on the courier you choose. Please refer to the courier’s website for more information on shipping costs.

What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
You have a return window of 14 days. The return period starts on the day you receive the item. However, there are conditions for returns:
You can only return the item if:

● The product is in its original packaging and all labels are still attached;
● The product has not been used.

Which payment methods can I use?

What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email for my order?
That’s not supposed to happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to support@elmirado.nl. We’ll assist you promptly.

Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please send an email as soon as possible to support@elmirado.nl. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, and, if possible, the reason for the cancellation.
